Where is Pragm located?
Our legal address is in Montreal, Canada. But Augustin and Myriam travel around the world and spend a big part of their time in Europe.
How much do your services cost?
Our rates vary based on the services you require. We also offer preferential rates to non-profits. Contact us for more information: we are very transparent about what we charge. There are never any hidden fees or surprises.
What do I need to do to start working with you?
You need to contact us with your project or needs and we will get back to you. If we think we can help you based on what you communicated, we will plan a call with you to discuss how we could collaborate and then, if there is a fit, provide a detailed proposal. Before doing so, we always want to make sure that we fully understand what you need and that we can truly make a difference for you.
Why hire independent consultants instead of an agency or a freelancer?
Our hourly rate is sometimes higher than the one charged by a Web agency. However, we work on retainers and only bill for the time we actually spend. So you usually save a lot of money with us! We also always make sure to only offer services that we know will make a difference. No frills, no BS!
Why work with SEO, Google Ads, GEO or web analytics experts like you instead of subscribing to a tool or using an LLM?
Tools and LLMs can provide very helpful information and insights. But they will never replace specialists with their own experience and knowledge. That experience makes a huge difference in how strategies are implemented and which actions are chosen to get results. We also stay up to date with the latest trends, learn what works and what doesn’t, and experiment. Those tools can’t do that.
Do you have experience with e-commerce? And what if we don’t sell anything?
Myriam and Augustin are both experienced e-commerce specialists. Augustin even specialized in it for many years. However, they have both worked with a wide range of companies, meaning that they are not limited to this field.

We have always worked with entrepreneurs and companies’ marketing departments. This means that you don’t need to have a marketing team to collaborate with Pragm. But most of our clients do. It all depends on your projects and needs.
